It has been three years since a devastating earthquake ravaged Seoul, transforming it into a desolate wasteland reminiscent of an apocalypse. In the aftermath, survivors have congregated in the Bus District, where the absence of potable water, incessant harassment from marauding gangs, and the looming threat of massive crocodiles have become grim realities. Nam San, a huntsman portrayed by Don Lee, ventures forth to slay these lethal reptiles, offering sustenance to the villagers in exchange for their meagre possessions. Accompanying him is his companion Choi Ji-wan, played by Lee Jun-young, whose skills as a trapper pale in comparison to Nam San’s prowess.

Throughout the years, Nam San has forged a bond with Han Su-na, portrayed by Roh, whom he rescued during the earthquake’s chaos. When Su-na and her grandmother receive an offer of refuge and access to clean water at a nearby apartment complex, they eagerly accept. However, their sanctuary harbors a sinister secret – the presence of Yang Gi-su, portrayed by Lee Hee-jun, a deranged doctor conducting heinous experiments on unsuspecting victims. Prompted by Sergeant Lee Eun-ho, Nam San and Ji-wan embark on a perilous quest to rescue Su-na from the clutches of the mad doctor before it is too late.
