After only ten days of its release, the “Knives Out” sequel is now trailing “Red Notice” and “Don’t Look Up.”
“Glass Onion: A Knives Out Mystery” entered Netflix’s Most Popular English Films list at No. 3 after only ten days, coming in third behind “Red Notice” and “Don’t Look Up.”
The “Knives Out” sequel from writer-director Rian Johnson has accumulated 127.25 million hours of viewing on the English Films list in its second week at the top of the Netflix Top 10. The critically praised sequel, which made its streaming debut on December 23, has moved to the Most Popular list with 209.4 million hours watched.

90 million households have watched the satirical murder-mystery movie since its release on Netflix (after a week-long theatrical run in late November). Glass Onion has 18 more days to surpass “Red Notice’s” (364 million hours viewed) and “Don’t Look Up’s” (359.8 million hours viewed) records to surpass them as the most-watched English movie on the streaming service.
Films that “Glass Onion” has surpassed after ten days include “Bird Box,” “The Gray Man” and “The Adam Project,” which round out the 28-day top 5 list. “Glass Onion” received 82.1 million hours of viewing the week before.
Featuring an all-star supporting cast that includes Kate Hudson, Janelle Monáe, Edward Norton, Kathryn Hahn, Leslie Odom Jr., Dave Bautista, Madelyn Cline, and Jessica Henwick. The movie stars Daniel Craig as the much-loved detective Benoit Blanc and centers on a tech billionaire who invites his friends to his private island for a getaway, only for it to turn into a crime scene when someone turns up dead. Angela Lansbury and Stephen Sondheim both make their final appearances in the movie. There were also guest appearances from Hugh Grant, Ethan Hawke, Natasha Lyonne, Serena Williams, and Yo-Yo Ma.
