Sequel to 2015’s Magic Mike XXL, this Channing Tatum starrer is the third and final installment of the Magic Mike trilogy. Rated R, the 110-minute-long film is distributed by Warner Bros. Pictures and produced by Nick Wechsler, Gregory Jacobs, Channing Tatum, Reid Carolin, and Peter Kiernan.
Magic Mike’s Last Dance follows Magic Mike Lane, played by Channing Tatum, who takes up the stage one more time after a long break when his business deal goes out of control. He is broke and now has to take bartender gigs in Florida. However, things are planned differently for him when he thinks this would be his last stint. Mike is off to London with a rich socialite played by Salma Hayek, who seduces him with an offer he can’t resist. She plays her card cleverly until Mike realizes her mind games. Will Mike and his hot new dancers pull off the roller coaster ride he has been caught in?
Magic Mike (2012), the first film in the franchise, was directed by Steven Soderbergh and starred Channing Tatum and Matthew McConaughey in lead roles. The follow-up, the widely acclaimed Magic Mike XXL, was helmed by Gregory Jacobs, but Soderbergh has returned in the director’s chair for the last ride.
Magic Mike’s Last Dance Cast:
Channing Tatum will be reprising his role as Mike Lane and will star opposite Salma Hayek, who plays the wealthy socialite – Maxandra Mendoza. Tatum and Hayek were seen in action roles in 2022, with their films The Lost City and Hitman’s Wife’s Bodyguard.
Additionally, the cast includes Ayub Khan Din, who plays Victor and Jemelia George, Juliette Motamed, Vicki Pepperdine, Gavin Spokes, and Caitlin Gerard, who will co-star.
Is Magic Mike’s Last Dance playing in theatres?
Yes! You can watch the last film in the Magic Mike trilogy in movie theatres beginning February 10, 2023. After the initial announcement that Last Dace would be released directly on HBO Max in July 2022, Soderbergh announced that the film would get released only in movie theatres across the US.

In a surprising turn, Warner Bros has made Magic Mike’s Last Dance available to stream via VOD services in less than 2 weeks of its theatrical release. If you wish to watch the movie from the comforts of your home, you can now Rent/Buy it on VUDU, Itunes, Amazon, etc.
As far as subscription-based streaming is concerned. Warner Bros. hasn’t made any announcement as of yet. However, we can make a calculated guess that Magic Mike’s Last Dance will eventually start streaming on HBO Max. We will update this space as soon as we have more info.
