When Halina Reijin’s debut movie ‘Bodies Bodies Bodies’ first screened at the 2022 South by Southwest Film Festival (SXSW), everyone was amused at how she was able to do a generational satire, while carefully balancing the tricky mix of horror and comedy. The A24-produced movie thus became one of the most unique movies of the year that presents an unhinged look at Gen Z’s life.




For fans of the production company, and the ones who keep a close eye on what movies are being raved at film festivals the film’s synopsis describes it as “When a group of rich 20-somethings plans a hurricane party at a remote family mansion, a party game goes awry in this fresh and funny look at backstabbing, fake friends, and one party gone very, very wrong.”

Starring Amandla Stenberg, Maria Bakalova, Rachel Sennott, Chase Sui Wonders, Pete Davidson, Myha’la Herrold, Lee Pace & Conner O’Malley, critics have hailed the movie unanimously, with the current Rotten Tomatoes score of 88% and an average rating of 7.2 making the audiences excited.

Where to Watch and Stream ‘Bodies Bodies Bodies’ Online?

Unlike most A24 releases in the last couple of years, the film will not be available to stream on the same day as its theatrical release, which was on August 5th, 2022. Also, as of now, there is no official news of when and where A24 will unleash it on the internet.




To add to that, the deal that A24 signed with Showtime, where all their releases will come to the streaming service also ends on November 1st, 2022. So if the deal in not renewed, there’s a chance that the movie will stream either on HBO Max or Peacock (two streaming services that slowly adding A24 titles to their catalogs).
