The episode begins with a flashback. Jin-man is securing Ji-an’s room even though she thinks the room is fine. She also asks for a window since men are working in her room. The workers ask Ji-an and Jin-man to come back home after two weeks. Jin-man says they will be hiking to the Jirisan Mountains. They camp in the mountains for the night, but Jin-man has a terrible fever and has hurt his leg. He asks Ji-an to go to a shelter around 5-6kms away and get help.
He scares her about boars roaming in the wild but gives her a slingshot just to be safe. As soon as Ji-an leaves, Jin-man talks to someone on a call and says Ji-an has to decide for herself. Ji-an reaches the location and sees dogs eating meat. He is triggered because of her childhood. She sees a hyena from her nightmare again, and he is afraid.
He tries to fight her fears, but Jin-man saves her by using a gun to scare the animals away. Ji-an is angry with him for sending her out only with a slingshot when he has a gun. He tells her it was because she didn’t know how to use it. After they return, Jin-man teaches Ji-an how to use a pistol but warns her that using a gun is a double-edged sword as there is death at the end of it. At present, Jeong-min and Ji-an are fighting drones.
They try to use the bulletproof cupboard to hide behind, but the drone plants a bomb. They are worried, but Min-hye comes to their rescue, and she disarms the drones. Min-hye puts Jeong-min under sedation and confirms Ji-an’s identity. She asks her to be more like her uncle and not be reckless. Ji-an wants answers, but a bullet fired by Seong-jo passes between them, and they hide.
Min-hye reveals a code embedded in Ji-an’s forearm, and that’s why he is always protected. She reminds Ji-an that every time she calls for Jin-man, her problems are handled, and all those things are because of the code. Seong-jo and the group are worried as they notice Min-hye is helping Ji-an. The scenes from episode one take place. Ji-an uses a sniper and breaks Seong-jo’s car window. Min-hye asks Ji-an to go to Jin-man’s workshop and hide while she covers for her.
Ji-an and Jeong-min enter the storage room, and Seong-jo fires at them, but they get inside safely. Min-hye finds Seong-jo and kills his driver. Ji-an remembers Jin-man’s words and opens the lock to the storage. They both reach a basement and meet a strange man with a mask who introduces himself as Brother. In the epilogue, Min-hye and Seong-jo’s men are inside the shed. From a distance, they show the shed, and we hear firing.

One day, Jin-man, Ji-an, and Pasil (Jin-man’s friend) are working together in the shed. Ji-an tries to corner Jin-man but fails again.
Jin-man asks Pasil to stop her from getting near him. He locks Ji-an, and Jin-man asks him to knock her out. Ji-an wakes up after a while and is mad at Jin-man for knocking out his niece. Ji-an, in the coming days, tries hard to hit Jin-man but fails. She decides to take Pasil’s help. She asks him to teach her his techniques. He agrees if she pays him, as he wants to send his kid to a private school. Ji-an agrees, and the training begins.
Over the next few months Ji-an becomes good at it. One day as she’s walking, she sees some men harassing her friend. She calls out to her friend who sees the chance and runs away.
