Only ten days remain to submit your film to the Kutaisi International Short Film Festival. If you haven’t done it yet, now is the moment.

Rooted in a city where dinosaurs once walked and the Argonauts once sailed, Kutaisi celebrates over a century-long filmmaking tradition, and the city calls once again for bold, uncompromising short films.

Fiction or documentary, between 10 and 35 minutes, completed after July 1, 2024, the festival is looking for stories that breathe, spark, disturb, and leave something behind.

This year’s edition runs from September 26 to October 1, featuring public lectures, masterclasses, and late-night screenings under the open sky. Side events, concerts, and conversations will stretch cinema beyond the screen, deep into the streets of Kutaisi.

Winners will walk away with Golden Dinosaurs for Best Film, Best Director, and Best Cinematographer. An Independent Critics’ Jury will also present a special prize in honor of Mikheil Kobakhidze.

This is a chance to become part of something real.
