What is the show about?

Perfect Crown (2026) follows Sung Hui-ju, a woman who feels limited by her social position despite being part of a powerful conglomerate family, and Prince I-an, a royal who lives with a sense of loss despite his status as the king’s son. The story begins when Hui-ju, the second daughter of a chaebol family, enters into a contract marriage with Prince I-an, the second son of the king. What starts as a calculated arrangement soon brings emotional and personal challenges for both.
