Shortly after graduating in 1991, he continued building his career with a three-episode recurring role on Saved by the Bell. Muldoon became widely known when he originated the role of Austin Reed on Days of Our Lives. He played the character from 1992 to 1995 and later returned to the role from 2011 to 2012.
