What is the show about?

Kim Hui Ju is a security screening officer at an international airport, living a relatively ordinary life alongside her boyfriend, Lee Do Gyeong, a co-pilot. Things take an unexpected turn when, through a twist of fate connected to him, she comes into possession of gold tied to a smuggling ring. What begins as an accident soon spirals into something far more dangerous, as Hui Ju grows increasingly fixated on the gold and what it represents.

Her life quickly unravels as she is pulled into a web of greed, deception, and escalating violence. As different factions close in, Hui Ju becomes the focal point of a high-stakes conflict involving several key players. Among them are Jang Uk, who works for a ruthless loan shark, detective Kim Jin Man, who is determined to uncover the truth, and Park Ho Cheo, a powerful executive linked to the Geumsung gang and its casino hotel, Gold Land. As tensions rise and loyalties shift, Hui Ju finds herself navigating a dangerous world where survival depends on how far she is willing to go.
