Pulkit Sharma
Pulkit Sharma is a film theorist-in-training currently studying at La
Fémis in Paris, where he explores the philosophical and formal
dimensions of cinema. His research investigates film as a language of
memory, gesture, and temporal recursion, particularly how cinema
dissolves linear narrative into time-based perception. He is endlessly
fascinated by the role of memory in the work of Alain Resnais and
frequently collaborates with musicians on interdisciplinary projects.
While actively applying for research and arts grants around the world,
Pulkit spends his free time reading fiction or trekking with friends
through unfamiliar landscapes.
