Dylan O’Brien stars as Paris, a man haunted by the death of his mother, who died in a car crash after suffering a seizure while Paris was with her. Now working to dredge the lake where his mother died, Paris stumbles upon supernatural elements tied to the water. As the movie progresses, he meets Anna in another timeline and embarks on a mission to return her home. O’Brien is best known for his roles in Teen Wolf and The Maze Runner series.
Eliza Scanlen as Ellie
Eliza Scanlen plays Ellie, the stepsister of Anna and daughter of Celeste. Ellie is central to the search for Anna after she disappears, but her complicated relationship with her mother and desire to learn more about her biological father adds tension to the story. Scanlen, an Australian actress, has previously worked with Shyamalan on Old (2021) and is known for her roles in Little Women and Sharp Objects.
Caroline Falk as Anna
Caroline Falk portrays Anna, whose mysterious disappearance sets the plot in motion. As the step-sister of Ellie, Anna becomes the focal point for multiple timelines and is crucial to the film’s exploration of reality and the supernatural. Diana Hopper plays Cee, Paris’ former girlfriend who returns to town just as the supernatural events begin to unfold. Hopper gained recognition for her role in Goliath and has appeared in SWAT and Under My Skin.
Sam Hennings as Ben
