In a blend of romance, music, and star-studded talent, SPEAKproductions proudly presents the teaser trailer for “Glitter & Doom,” a spellbinding queer love story set to the enchanting tunes of the Indigo Girls. The film, directed by Tom Gustafson and penned by Cory Krueckeberg, boasts breakthrough actors, a renowned supporting cast, and a soundtrack that echoes the soulful beats of the iconic folk-rock duo.

“Glitter & Doom” follows the mesmerizing love story of a circus dreamer, portrayed by Filipino sensation Alex Diaz, and a struggling musician, played by the UK’s rising star, Alan Cammish. Their electric connection sparks an epic summer romance, but as the duo chases their dreams, the harsh realities of life threaten to tear them apart.

Leading the cast are the breakthrough talents of Alex Diaz and Alan Cammish, with the magnetic Tig Notaro, Missi Pyle, and Ming Na-Wen joining as the respective mothers of Glitter and Doom. The film also features an ensemble of queer luminaries, including Lea DeLaria, Kate Pierson of the B-52s, Drag Race alum Peppermint, Broadway star Beth Malone, and the Indigo Girls themselves, Amy Ray and Emily Saliers.

The creative minds behind SPEAKproductions, Cory Krueckeberg, and Tom Gustafson, have a track record of success with seven films that have earned over 60 awards and graced more than 250 film festivals worldwide.
