Marking the directorial debut of acclaimed music composer Arjun Janya, 45 is produced by M. Ramesh Reddy under the Suraj Productions banner and features a stellar ensemble cast including Shiva Rajkumar, Upendra, Raj B. Shetty, Kaustubha Mani, and Jisshu Sengupta.
