Once a renowned name in the film industry, with several accolades to his name, Kevin Spacey’s deeds made him an infamous name today. The actor was one of the usual suspects during the #MeToo era, which exposed the allegations and crimes of different powerful men in Hollywood. In 2018, Spacey was charged with a felony for allegedly sexually assaulting a teenage boy. In 2020, he was sued for sexual assault, sexual battery, and intentional infliction of emotional distress under the Child Victims Act; a jury found that he was not guilty. Then, 15 other people came forward with similar allegations against Spacey. In 2023, he faced four counts of sexual assault against three complainants in the UK but was found not guilty.
The charges against him have put Spacey in a situation where all his incredible work gets overshadowed by these allegations. So, where is Spacey currently, and what is he doing?

Kevin Spacey recently joined Piers Morgan for an elaborate conversation about his life and the many allegations against him. Spacey admitted during the wide-ranging interview that he is in the process of selling his house and is not sure where he’ll live.
Financially, Spacey is in a critical state. When Morgan asked, “How much money do you have?” Spacey responded, “None.” He explained that a significant portion of his income had been spent on legal fees related to his criminal and civil cases. Reportedly, Spacey broke down in tears while expressing his vulnerable state to Morgan. He said, “It’s like a weight is lifted off my shoulders because I’m okay to talk about these things, and I wasn’t for a very, very long time. And I don’t want to miss out on things that I missed out on before. Now I want to focus on the things that happen off-screen and off-stage much more than I focused on them in the past.”
The actor also expressed his gratitude towards those who believed in him and the lessons he has learned so far. He said, “I’m blessed to have people around me who believe in me, and I’m blessed to have been able to learn what I’ve been able to learn. Can you imagine if I didn’t learn anything if it was seven years and I learned nothing? I wouldn’t want to be alive if that were true. But I very, very, very much am so grateful that I am alive and I got through this, and I’m coming out the other side of it.”
The allegations Spacey faced have ostracized him from Hollywood. The flood of accusations ended his role in the Netflix series “House of Cards” and halted his Gore Vidal biopic, “Gore.” He was also cut from Ridley Scott’s “All the Money in the World” and replaced by Christopher Plummer.
