“R.M.F. is Flying” depicts a man plagued by suspicions that his spouse, who has recently returned after being reported missing, is an impostor.
“R.M.F. Eats a Sandwich” revolves around a cultist who, after being kicked out of the said cult for being “contaminated,” vehemently attempts to fulfill her task of finding a specific person with the ability to resurrect the dead.
On the review aggregator website Rotten Tomatoes, the film has a rating of 6.7/10. The website’s consensus reads: “A cold-hearted triptych with caustic wit, Kinds of Kindness is Yorgos Lanthimos at his most misanthropic — and bitingly funny.”
The film features an ensemble cast that includes Emma Stone, Jesse Plemons, Willem Dafoe, Margaret Qualley, Hong Chau, Joe Alwyn, Mamoudou Athie, and Hunter Schafer.
