MobLand (2025) is a British crime thriller created by Ronan Bennett, known for Ray Donovan. The Paramount+ series stars Tom Hardy as Harry Da Souza, a calm but sharp fixer for the Harrigan family—an Irish crime clan based in London. The family is led by Conrad Harrigan (Pierce Brosnan), though it’s Maeve Harrigan (Helen Mirren) who really runs the show from the background.

Mobland (2025) Episode 1 – Stick or Twist Recap:
The premier episode sets the tone of the crime drama with a tense meeting between the Dogan and Lazaros families. Things aren’t good between them, and Harry Da Souza from the Harrigan family tries to make peace. They agree to shake hands but won’t apologize. Conrad Harrigan, who runs the turf, knows this won’t last, so he orders Harry to kill them all. Conrad’s grandson, Eddie, does whatever he wants. He hangs out with Tommy, son of Conrad’s rival Richie. At a club, Eddie stabs a boy named Hughie. Tommy panics, curses him out, and disappears. Eddie dumps the knife in the Thames.
At home, Conrad talks to his brother Archie. Maeve mistakes Archie for their dead brother. Meanwhile, Harry warns Eddie about jail time. Eddie lies about being with Tommy. Harry deletes club CCTV and pressures Hughie to stay quiet. Richie starts looking for Tommy and learns he was with Eddie. He threatens war. Harry tries to prevent it. A meeting is set at Moody’s Gym. Richie wants Eddie, or there’ll be trouble. Conrad hesitates to kill Richie. Maeve tells him Archie’s a mole. He tests him but Archie fails. Conrad kills him. Behind all this, a fentanyl deal is brewing—and Conrad wants Richie out of the picture.
Mobland (2025) Episode 2 – Jigsaw Puzzle Recap:
The episode opens with Harry dealing with Archie’s death. Kevin fills him in, however, both still shocked. We learn through flashbacks that Harry and Kevin met in prison and stayed close, which led Harry into the Harrigan world. That night, armed police arrest Harry. He doesn’t resist, knowing lawyer O’Hara will sort it out. At the station, Detective Fisk tries to flip Harry, warning him that the Harrigans are done and asking about Archie. Meanwhile, Richie corners Kevin, demanding answers about Tommy. Kevin calls home and orders Eddie moved to the Cotswolds. During the move, Richie’s men try to grab him, but Eddie makes it back safe.
After getting released, Harry and O’Hara suspect there’s a mole. O’Hara thinks it’s Maeve, but they decide to dig first. The police, meanwhile, are using Harry to expose the rat. Brendan visits Seraphina with a plan, but she shuts him down. Harry later confronts Eddie, who finally reveals he was with Tommy—and also two boys from Westminster: Alfie and Jack. Harry tries to calm Richie, but Richie threatens Gina. At home, Jan considers divorce. Harry lies, saying Gina’s safe. Harry meets Bella, Kevin’s wife, but turns her down. Later, he finds Tommy—dead and hidden in a club basement.

Episode 3 goes intense when Kevin’s house blows up. Kevin calls Harry, warning that Richie has made his move. Harry asks Kevin to meet him at the yard with Eddie, now that Tommy’s body has been found. At Harry’s, Richie’s men show up but back off after Harry puts them on speaker with Conrad, who threatens them. Harry then takes Gina and Jan to stay on his friend Mike’s boat (who owes Harry money). Harry meets Kevin and Eddie at the yard. They’ve got the club owner Valjon tied up, badly beaten. Valjon claims Eddie offered him money to deal with Hughie and bring Tommy in too. It turns out that Tommy was stabbed to death with Eddie nowhere in the scene. This lead Kevin extremely furious with his boy’s never-ending mindless activities.
Maeve finds out about this and is proud of her grandson. She pushes Conrad to use this to strike back at Richie. Conrad wants to go after Richie’s crew. Harry tries helping Maria’s mum into a care home but ends up bribing the manager. On his way out, he sees an old prison guard from his past. Someone snaps his photo. Bella tries to blackmail her father with Antoine’s help but ends up being blackmailed herself. Harry tells Richie about Tommy and hands over Valjon. Richie wants answers. Bella later calls Harry—she needs help. Things are getting worse.
Mobland (2025) Episode 4 – Rat Trap Recap:
Harry confrontes Antoine as he hands over both the memory card and the backup, then tries to bribe Harry with 40k. Harry isn’t impressed and shuts him down fast. Harry visits Jan and Gina on the boat. Jan’s annoyed that he’s always working. She tells him not to update her on anything—she prefers not knowing. But she wants to go home, and Harry agrees. Conrad gets a call—Archie’s body has been found. Only he and Harry knew where it was buried. Maeve stirs the pot, and Conrad starts suspecting someone else is leaking info.
Donnie, a stranger, shows up at the garage looking for Harry. He name-drops Zosia. Harry plays dumb, but Donnie’s really a warning from Conrad and Maeve—they’re watching Harry and Jan. Kevin and Harry talk about the abusive prison guard, Rusby. Kevin pretends not to remember him but clearly does. Then we find out Conrad used to sleep with Bella, and Maeve knew. Kevin liked her too. It’s messy. Conrad threatens Jan and warns her to stay quiet. Meanwhile, Alice—secretly an undercover cop—keeps her cover by playing along. Maeve tells Eddie everything’s going to plan. Harry and Kevin discusses Richie’s invite to Tommy’s funeral. They know it’s a trap but feel forced to go. They talk about Rusby again. Kevin finally admits—without saying it outright—that Rusby sexually abused him in prison. Before they deal with that, Conrad gathers everyone for a “Council of War” in the Cotswolds. Jan isn’t happy about the funeral until she learns Bella’s going too—then she agrees.
At the meeting, they realise Richie’s plan works either way—show up or not, they lose. Kevin thinks Richie just wants to show power and humiliate them. Harry sets up a backup plan—he uses a goon who’s cheating with Vron and blackmails him into hiding guns at the funeral. Brendan tries to impress Seraphina and get her to invest in a gem deal. She demands 80% commission. Alice finds out about the funeral from Jan and informs her team. At the funeral, Eddie stirs trouble, Maeve drinks too much, and Richie keeps staring at Conrad. Eddie sneaks off to snoop, Harry confronts him. Maeve causes more drama before passing out—her drink was spiked. Later, Vron dies in a car explosion. Maeve wakes up and starts plotting again.
Mobland (2025) Episode 6 – Antwerp Blues Recap:
Episode 6 of MobLand picks up after Vron’s car explodes. Richie is grieving, while Donnie visits Harry with a message from Kat McAllister. Before Harry can deal with it, word of the bombing spreads. Gina gets picked up just as her exam starts and blames her dad. At Conrad’s estate, Kevin accuses Maeve of the bombing, but Conrad admits he did it. The bomb was a backup plan, but after Richie disrespected him, Conrad went ahead with it. He wants war and thinks they’ll win. Kevin reminds him the Mexicans were dealing with Archie, and without Archie, they have no leverage.
Richie calls Conrad, and Eddie joins in, making things worse. Kevin and Harry know it’s all falling apart. Meanwhile, Seraphina and Brendan are in Antwerp for their diamond deal. They’ve gone quiet and aren’t answering calls. Jan tells Bella she’s tired of being caught in the middle. Conrad starts trying to win Gina over, but Gina confronts Jan, saying they should leave. Harry heads to Antwerp. Maeve calls Richie and gives him Seraphina’s location in exchange for Brendan’s life. At the warehouse, Seraphina senses danger and sends Harry her location. The deal falls apart, gunfire breaks out, and both siblings are held at gunpoint.
Mobland (2025) Episode 7 – The Crossroads Recap:
Harry arrives at the warehouse. It’s empty, bodies everywhere, and “WAR” written in blood. Brendan and Seraphina are gone. The dead men belong to a cartel at the Antwerp Docks—Richie’s doing. Maeve finds out Richie took Brendan as leverage and threatens him, but he hangs up. Kevin and Conrad talk about the war they’re in and try to figure out who’s leaking info. They still don’t suspect Maeve. Conrad tells a story about what he did to the last mole in 1988.
Alice asks Jan for a favour, not knowing she’s being watched. Conrad’s man Paul follows Jan to the meeting and breaks it up before Alice can get much. He drives Jan back and questions her, but she stays calm. Bella tries to work with Antoine, offering him a cut. He’s still bitter over Harry taking the USB. Meanwhile, Kevin finds out where Rigby, the abusive guard, is staying. Gina and Eddie talk. He tries to get close. She calls him out but they end up hooking up. Harry storms a cartel base, fighting through guards. He finds out Richie sold the kids to the Lopez cartel. Brendan gets killed on a live call. Seraphina is saved—just in time—thanks to a call Harry made.
Mobland (2025) Episode 8 – Helter Skelter Recap:
Conrad and Maeve remembers Brendan’s birth and how things fell apart. Seraphina, still in shock, is handed over to Harry. Kat now owes Jaime Lopez for sparing her life. Harry brings Seraphina back to the estate. Maeve watches from above, not pleased. Seraphina admits she tried to make a deal to help the family. Conrad reassures her and blames Richie for everything. Maeve, unexpectedly kind, hugs Seraphina and says they’ll avenge Brendan. Harry tells Conrad he made a deal with Kat. Conrad’s suspicious but Harry keeps details to himself. He does say Kat once tried to recruit him.
Conrad moves Eddie, Bella, and Kevin to a safehouse but keeps Gina and Jan close. He wants Harry to set up a meeting with Jaime Lopez and also bring in Kat’s people for protection. Kevin thinks it’s a bad idea. Harry warns Eddie he supports his thing with Gina, but one day, he’ll destroy him. Gina doesn’t care—she’s used to men like this. Alice’s acting brings in Colin, an ex-cop. He says they should flip Richie instead of going after Jan. At the end, Richie kills two cops but cuts a deal with Colin. Meanwhile, Harry plans a coup—with or without Kevin.
Mobland (2025) Episode 9 – Beggars Banquet Recap:
Eddie wakes up to find Conrad in his room. Conrad wants to talk, but it’s clear it’s bad news. Eddie ignores Jan and goes outside with his coffee, talking to the dog—feeling like a trapped pet in the Harrigan cage. Kevin is on a mission for revenge. He poses as a taxi driver and takes Rigby home. When he confronts Rigby about the abuse, Rigby’s memory is foggy and he apologizes, saying he’s found Jesus. Kevin, overwhelmed, breaks down and shoots Rigby. Conrad and Harry prepare to meet Jaime Lopez. Conrad jokes about a tommy gun in the bathroom—maybe serious, maybe not.
Jaime is blunt, ignoring Conrad and telling Harry the earlier favour was for Kat, not him. Jaime gives them four hours to decide. This annoys Conrad, especially when Maeve warns him off acting foolishly over dinner with Alice. Alice is excited about her undercover work. Colin, now in charge, encourages her to plant evidence at the Harrigan estate for a promotion and payoff. At the estate, Maeve threatens Gina, making her run. Bella and Antoine plan traffic with the Home Secretary, with Antoine secretly recording. Dinner starts tense. Maeve acts wild, Eddie’s uncomfortable, and Seraphina questions Alice. Maeve pushes Alice until she leaves. Conrad and Maeve argue, police arrive, and both are arrested—laughing as they go.

Kevin starts the finale episode of Mobland (2025) surrounded by blood and Rusby’s corpse, ranting about the mess his life has become. He’s known for a while that Bella was tied to Conrad and that Eddie isn’t his biological son—Conrad is. Kevin’s reached his breaking point. Harry arrives, helps clean up, and they dump Rusby’s body. At the docks, we learn O’hara is the mole. She’s been feeding Richie information while high on fentanyl. But she’s not the only one—she doesn’t know about Antwerp or Archie. Harry uses her to get to Richie.
Kevin visits Conrad in prison and tells him about O’hara. He makes it clear: he’s taking over the Harrigan family and doing it his way. Maeve, from behind glass, urges Eddie to kill Harry and go after Seraphina. She also tells him the truth—Conrad is his real father. Eddie confronts Bella, but after she apologizes, he snaps and nearly kills her before Harry’s men intervene.
