After the promising cast poster, Maddock Films has dropped the Made in China Trailer online. From the looks of it, this sex-ed story showcases the journey of Raghu Mehta (Rajkummar Rao), an Ahmedabad-based entrepreneur. Starting as a struggling Gujarati businessman whose pursuit to make it big takes him to China, the film is about the production of Chinese viagra for the horny Indian.
Mikhil Musale, known for directing the National Award-winning Gujrati film ‘Wrong Side Raju’ will be helming this project. The trailer for Made in China is perfectly marketed as a social-comedy where Rao will be playing a Gujarati for the first time. Also, starring an ensemble cast that features Mouni Roy Boman Irani, Paresh Rawal, Sumeet Vyas and Gajraj Rao the film looks like a quirky caper.

Mouni Roy plays Rao’s wife who is a Mumbai girl moving to Gujrat post marriage. Talking about the film, producer Dinesh Vijan had said, “We are excited for the audience to see the endearing chemistry between Raj and Boman and also the special part that Gajraj and Paresh play in Raghu and Dr Vardi’s (Boman) entrepreneurial journey.”
‘Made in China’ is all set to hit the screens on Diwali this year and will probably clash with Akshay Kumar’s Housefull 4.
