Originally slated for August 4, the film’s release has been bumped up, giving us an exciting two-day head start to witness the thrilling action and hilarious antics of Leonardo, Michelangelo, Donatello, and Raphael.

Nicolas Cantu as Leonardo

The character of Leonard (often spelled “Leonardo”) in the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (TMNT) franchise is one of the four main anthropomorphic turtles. He is known as the leader of the group and is recognized by his signature blue bandana. He is often portrayed as the one who makes strategic decisions and leads the team in their fight against crime and evil. His weapon of choice is a pair of katana swords and he is highly skilled in using them. 

In the new movie, Nicolas Cantu will be voicing Leonard. You may recognize the young star for playing Raymond on The Good Place or even Andrew in the CBS show The Unicorn. 

Micah Abbey as Donatello

The character of Donatello (often spelled “Donatello”) is known as the technical and intellectual genius of the group. He is not just the team’s resident inventor, crafting gadgets, weapons, and even vehicles to aid the adventures of the Turtles, but also a critical and analytical thinker who often takes the group out of trouble. His primary weapon is a Bo Staff, and is often known as the introvert among the brothers. 

Micah Abbey, who you may or may not know from Grey’s Anatomy, will be voicing Donatello in the new Ninja Turtle movie. 

Shamon Brown Jr. as Michelangelo 

The character of Michelangelo (often spelled “Michelangelo”) is known for his fun-loving, easygoing, and laid-back personality. Rightly known as the Joker of the group, Michelangelo makes sure that the brothers are always cracking up at his silly and at times, witty jokes. His weapon of choice is nunchaku, and he is highly skilled in using them for both acrobatic moves and in combat. Additionally, he is a lover of pop culture, and you can find him dropping movie, comic book, and video game references every now and then. 

Sharon Brown Jr., who rose to fame for playing Stanley ‘Papa’ Jackson on the Max Original ‘The Chi,’ will be voicing Michelangelo. 

Brady Noon as Raphael

Raphael is known for his tough, rebellious, and hot-headed personality. He is the most impulsive of the brothers and often acts before thinking things through. This character trait of his often brings the group into trouble. His weapon of choice is a pair of sai, which he wields with great skill and ferocity. He is a formidable fighter, relying on his aggression and close combat abilities. Despite his rough exterior, we have come to know him as a Turtle who deeply cares for his brothers. 

Brady Noon, who was recently seen in the Disney+ movie Crater, will be voicing Raphael. 

Jackie Chan as Master Splinter

Master Splinter, also known simply as Splinter, is the adoptive father and sensei of the four anthropomorphic turtles. Splinter is a wise and knowledgeable rat who has a deep understanding of martial arts, philosophy, and history, which he imparts to his turtle sons. He is a master of ninjutsu, and despite being a rat, he displays a fatherly and nurturing demeanor toward the turtles.

The legendary Jackie Chan will be voicing Master Splinter in the latest Ninja Turtle movie. 

Ayo Edebiri as April O’Neil

April O’Neil is a significant character in the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (TMNT) franchise. She is a human ally and a friend to the Ninja Turtles. Over the years, her character has evolved and adapted in different iterations of the series. However, we can assume that in Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutant Mayhem too, the character will share some of the common traits. April is a fearless and resourceful reporter. She is often willing to go to great lengths to uncover the truth and report on important events. She shares a special bond with the Ninja Turtles and acts as a confidante and a voice of reason for them.

Ayo Edebiri, who viewers might know most recently from FX’s The Bear,  will be voicing April.
