[Watch] Nerkonda Paarvai Trailer [2019] – Thala Ajith fights against Injustice

Nerkonda Paarvai Trailer just dropped and Thala Ajith looks compelling in his role as a lawyer. 

Nerkonda Paarvai trailer is here, and it looks powerful and gripping courtroom drama that involves three women implicated in a crime. The movie examines the feudal mindset of Indians, where men and women are judged by a different yardstick.

It is an official remake of  Amitabh Bachchan starred Pink, directed by Aniruddha Roy Chowdhury. It stars Tamil Superstar, Thala, Ajith Kumar reprising the role of a lawyer Amitabh Bachchan. Nazriya Nazim was approached to play the character of Taapsee Pannu from Pink, but it finally it went to Kannada actress Shraddha Srinath.

Thala Ajith Kumar was last seen in a commercial family drama Viswasam. He steps in the shoes of Amitabh Bachchan as a retired lawyer. He steps forward to help three young women who are wrongly implicated in a crime. Andrea Tariang is the only actor who is reprising the original role from Pink.

H.Vinoth has written the script and directed the film. H. Vinoth has previously directed Sathuranga Vettai and Theeran Adhigaaram Ondru. Boney Kapoor and Zee Studious have produced the film.

The trailer doesn’t give away much in terms of the plot. It would be interesting to see how the film fairs at the box office. Nerkonda Paarvai is going to release on 10th August 2019.
